Overview

What:

    • Consumers film themselves shopping your category either spontaneously as they normally would, or in response to a specific task (i.e. assessing standout of your brand versus others; their response to activations and promotions etc)
    • Understanding natural consumer behaviour at the coalface in the heat of the real-life moment rather than relying on claimed retrospective behaviour or memory recall

Why:

    • Understanding the decision-making hierarchy as it happens and the key purchase triggers and influences
    • Assessing real-time, real-life reaction to a fixture in terms of pack stand out, noticeability and appeal of activations, promotions and price points
